Contingency Removal


Contract contingencies are things that require action in order to move forward.  There are usually two general contingencies the first being proof of funds available to make the sale.  This will probably be in the form of the loan qualification letter. 

 

The second is the home inspection. The buyers have the choice of inspectors and are usually done within the first 10 business days.

 

There are other contingencies that could surface during the process and usually come from the buyers' lender
